Allan

Allan leads business discovery, technology strategy and solution architecture. He spends the first part of every engagement understanding how an organization actually operates — the process, the people, the constraints — and then designs the system that fits it.

Allan brings more than 25 years of experience across technology strategy, operations, security, application development and business systems.

His work covers public websites and customer-facing applications, connected business platforms, AI implementation, integrations and long-term technical leadership, drawing on deep technology, operational, security and business experience. The instinct he brings to a project is restraint: build less, aim it better, and make sure someone can maintain it.

Allisa

Allisa shapes the client experience and brings a creative perspective to how solutions look, read and feel. She has a practical eye for workflow — the small details that decide whether a tool gets used or quietly abandoned.

Her contribution is making sure the work stays understandable to the people who will live with it: clear language, sensible steps, and designs that respect how busy a real workday is. She is often the one asking the question a client was too polite to ask.
